Eating healthier

The Heavenly Father has been leading me to quit eating fast food, pizza, and process foods. Instead to make meals from scratch with more nutritional and fresh ingredients.

Eating this way and excersize will revere the diabetes and help with the inflammation that is causing my three forms of arthritis.

So here are a few things I have made the last few days.

homemade bbq chicken nuggets
chicken nuggets
crab dip
potato cheese and meat log
homemade yogurt donuts with cocoa sauce or powder sugar and coconut

A few other things I made like meat balls and potato balls dish, lavish and meat dish, taco casserole, taco lasagna, pizza casserole and other. Freezing dishes for an easy access as prepared meals. I have found with the making things from scratch and not boxed you get fuller faster and longer.
