The Greek goddess of Illusion, Witchcraft, and Magic is named “Medea”. This is, of course, similar to the word “Media” which is a powerful tool, used to shape our culture’s mindset. That’s why, lead singer of the Doors, Jim Morrison, said: ‘Whoever controls the media, controls the mind.’
According to Greek mythology, Medea was a powerful witch – and granddaughter of the sun god – Helios. She helped Jason, and his band of Argonauts to obtain the Golden Fleece. Using her magical powers, she bewitched the serpent the guarded the Golden Fleece, which allowed them to steal it. The Golden Fleece represents the Sun in its exaltation in Aries, the sign and constellation of the Ram.
